Harissa Chicken
Some love spice, some hate it! This Harissa marinated chicken can cover all bases, you can add just a little paste to make it mild or a lot to make it spicy. The choice is yours! The lime also gives it a little extra zing!

Harissa Chicken
Recipe by Stay at Home Mum
Chicken marinated with bold harissa paste, then roasted until succulent and flavorful. Spicy, aromatic, and perfect alongside couscous, flatbreads, or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
4 number Chicken Marylands
4 tbsp Harissa Paste
1 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
- Marinade the Chicken Marylands in the Harissa paste for at least half and hour, overnight is best.
- Cut the limes in half
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Place the Chicken Marylands and limes facing up in a baking dish and drizzle them with olive oil
- Bake for approximately 30 – 40 minutes or until browned.
- Serve with yogurt and herby cous cous
