Ingredients
375 gram Macaroni
1 number Cream (300ml)
1/3 cups Vegetable stock
1.25 cup Fontina Cheese-grated
1/3 cup Gorgonzola Cheese-crumbed
1 tsp Mustard
2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley Parsley-finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives- finely chopped
1.25 cups Parmesan Cheese-coarsely grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
- Meanwhile, heat cream and stock in medium saucepan until hot. Remove from heat, add Fontina, Gorgonzola and half the Parmesan; stir until melted.
- Add mustard and herbs.
- Drain pasta and combine with cream mixture.
- Pour pasta mix into 2.5 litres oven proof dish. Top with remaining Parmesan.
- Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
Notes
- Baked Three Cheese Pasta is best made close to serving.
