We used fruit in here but you can swap it with some M&Ms or any chocolate you have in the house.

It’s not Christmas without some White Christmas Crackles! These festive treats are made with rice krispies, chocolate drizzle, and M&Ms.

They’re so easy to make, and they’re always a hit with the kids.

Just mix together the ingredients, shape them into balls or squres, and refrigerate for an hour.

Then, drizzle with chocolate and top with M&Ms. That’s it! These White Christmas Crackles are the perfect addition to any holiday party. They’re also great for gifts, whether you give them to friends or co-workers. Either way, they’re sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

  • 250 gram Copha

  • 3 cups Rice Bubbles

  • 1 cup Coconut

  • 0.75 cup Icing Sugar-sifted

  • 1 cup Milk -powdered

  • 1 cup Dried Mixed Fruit

  • Glaze Cherries

Directions

  • Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Melt the copha slowly over a low heat, cool slightly and pour onto dry ingredients.
  • Mix well and fold through the chopped glazed cherries and spoon into paper cups.
  • Refrigerate until set
  • White Christmas Crackles are not suitable to freeze.
  • They should be kept in an air tight container for up to five days.
