Ingredients

  • 1 Sweetened condensed milk-395 grams

  • 1/3 cups Malibu-or coconut liquor

  • 1/3 cups Dessicated coconut

  • 1 White chocolate-1 cup, melted

  • 2 and 1/2 cups Thickened cream

Directions

  • In a bowl pour the condensed milk, the cream and the liqueur. Use electric beaters to beat this together until thick and creamy. This should take 8-10 minutes.
  • Fold through the coconut and the melted white chocolate
  • Pour into container and freeze until firm.
  • Use ice cream scoop to serve as desired.
