White Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 Sweetened condensed milk-395 grams
1/3 cups Malibu-or coconut liquor
1/3 cups Dessicated coconut
1 White chocolate-1 cup, melted
2 and 1/2 cups Thickened cream
Directions
- In a bowl pour the condensed milk, the cream and the liqueur. Use electric beaters to beat this together until thick and creamy. This should take 8-10 minutes.
- Fold through the coconut and the melted white chocolate
- Pour into container and freeze until firm.
- Use ice cream scoop to serve as desired.
