Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Custard Powder

• 0.33 cup Cream

• 0.25 cup Sugar, caster

• .25 cup Water

• 1 block dark Chocolate (125 grams)

Directions

• Put the chocolate, sugar and water in a metal bowl and melt gently over a saucepan of hot water until chocolate has melted.
• Mix together the custard powder and cream.
• Add to the chocolate mixture and stir over the heat for a further five minutes or until thickened.
• Recipe Hints and Tips:
• Rich Chocolate Sauce is not suitable to freeze.
