Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 2 tbsp White Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Butter

Directions

  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter and golden syrup together for 10 minutes. Cook by whisking constantly until sugar is melted.
  • Take off the heat and stir in the bicarb very quickly.
  • Pour into a buttered dish to set.

  • Honeycomb Toffee is not suitable to freeze.
  • Keep the Honeycomb Toffee in a sealed, air tight container wrapped in baking paper for up to five days.
