Ingredients
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp White Sugar
1 tbsp Butter
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter and golden syrup together for 10 minutes. Cook by whisking constantly until sugar is melted.
- Take off the heat and stir in the bicarb very quickly.
- Pour into a buttered dish to set.
