Ingredients
1 Ripe Avocado
.33 cup Cocoa
.25 Can Coconut Cream
.25 Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Stevia
.25 tsp Peppermint essence
Flaked Coconut-sprinkle on top
Directions
- Get out your mini food processor and put all the ingredients except the coconut flakes in the base of the food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth.Serve in individual cups or keep in the fridge and use as you want.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes (optional)
- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- You could replace the protein or skim milk powder with almond meal for a dairy free option. You could also replace the peppermint essence for an orange essence (or even grated orange rind) for a jaffa flavour – YUM!
- TIME SAVER: Triple the quantity and make a big batch so you have plenty in the fridge on hand when a chocolate craving strikes. This will keep for 3-4 days in an air tight container.
