Ingredients

  • 250 gram Cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar

  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 2 cups Cream-whipped

  • 250 gram Ladyfingers

  • .5 cup Coffee-strong

  • 2 tbsp Strawberry jam

  • 1 Blueberry and basil-to garnish

Directions

  • In a medium bowl beat together the cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla. Fold through 1 1/3 cup of your whipped cream, and set aside.
  • Take your sponge fingers and dip them into the coffee, ensuring the biscuits get well dunked. Halve these and evenly distribute them into four parfait glasses.
  • Spoon about 3/4 of the cream cheese mix on top of the sponge fingers. Then add the rest coffee-dunked sponge fingers, the rest of the cream cheese mixture, and the remainder of the whipped cream.
  • Garnish with strawberry jam, blueberries, and some basil for tang.
