Oh.My.Oh.My…..food heaven! Crispy outer shell, gooey center all with the same flavour as your favourite chocolate brownie recipe. My son found these extremely difficult to share! Ingredients
1 cup Sugar
4 tbsp Butter
0.5 cup Plain flour
0.5 cup Cocoa
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Egg-Lightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Melt butter and add vanilla, sift in flour, cocoa and sugar and mix with wooden spoon. Add lightly beaten eggs and mix again with wooden spoon.
- Line baking tray with baking paper. Spoon a heaped teaspoon of mix onto tray 4cm apart and bake for 8-10 minutes. You don’t want to over cook these, they should look crispy on top but still soft to touch. Allow them to cool on tray.
