Ingredients
- Base
1 cup 1 cup Flour Self-Raising
125 gram 125 gram Butter-melted
1 cup 1 cup Coconut -dessiccated
1/2 cup 0.5 cup Caster sugar
1 tbsp 1 tbsp Cocoa
- Topping
1/2 cup 0.5 cup Icing sugar
40 gram 40 gram Butter
1 tbsp 1 tbsp Cocoa
Directions
- Line a slice tin with baking paper.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl combine all the base ingredients and press firmly into the slice tin.
- Bake for 10 minutes – then take it out to cool.
- Mix together the topping ingredients with a tablespoon or two of hot water to combine and spread over the base.
- Sprinkle coconut over the top.
- Refrigerate until set – and cut into squares.
