Ingredients

  • Base

  • 1 cup Flour Self-Raising

  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder

  • 2 tbsp Caster sugar

  • 1/2 cups Coconut -dessicated

  • 110 gram Butter-melted

  • 1 Pinch salt

  • Topping

  • 200 gram Condensed milk

  • 1 cup Coconut -dessicated

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder

  • 1.5 tbsp Butter-melted

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Icing Sugar

Directions

  • Line a standard lamington tin with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • To make the base in a bowl, sift the flour, cocoa and salt and stir in the sugar and coconut.
  • Add the melted butter and mix well.
  • Press into the lamington tin and bake for 20 minutes.
  • For the topping, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • When the slice has cooled slightly, spread the topping evenly over it.
  • Cut into slices when cold.
