Delicious homemade apple crumble with caramel filling in a green baking dish.

The humble Apple Crumble, is always a hit for dessert time.

Delicious homemade apple crumble with caramel filling in a green baking dish.

I love the crumble, I could eat that all by itself! But, (just so I get my serving of fruit for the day) I do eat the apples as well.

Delicious apple crumble with a buttery, crunchy topping and warm, tender apples. Perfect for cozy fa.

If I want to upgrade it a little bit more, I drizzle – or if I may be honest, pour! – some condensed milk on it.

It’s so bloody delicious!

I think this would be really yummy with tinned apricots or peaches as well

Fresh apples are so much better. I add rhubarb when they are in season. Just cook the rhubarb off first in the oven, covered in a bit of sugar.
