  • 1.5 cups skim milk

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 Weetbix biscuit

  • .5 cup Vanilla yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp LSA

  • 1 tsp teaspoon malted milk powder

Directions

  • Blend well with some ice cubes. Should take you through until lunchtime!
