Ingredients

  • 0.75 number Coconut Yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • 1 tbsp Mixed Berries-(we used frozen ones)

  • 2 tbsp Muesli-Toasted

Directions

  • Mix coconut yoghurt (you can also use greek yoghurt) and chia seeds together in a small bowl and place in fridge for 20 minutes. You can leave them in the fridge over night if you do this the night before, the results were so similar so whatever works for you.
  • Place muesli in cereal bowl and spoon chia mix on top, drizzle with honey and top with berries.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Chia Breaky Pudding is not suitable for freezing. The chia and yoghurt mix can be kept in an air tight container for up to 3 days so then you can add your muesli to eat on it’s own is tasty too.
