Ingredients
4 small Baguettes
5 number Eggs
0.33 cup hickened Cream
200 gram Bacon-finely chopped
100 gram Cheese-grated
2 number Shallots-thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut through the tops of each baguette until about a half way through.
- Pull out some of the inside of the baguette and set aside.
- Place the eggs and cream into a mixing bowl and lightly beat together.
- Whisk in the remaining ingredients and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Divide and pour the mixture into each baguette and place onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, puffed and set in the centre.

- Baked Breakfast Baguettes are not suitable for freezing.
- Best eaten hot and fresh from the oven.
- Baguettes are available at most bakeries (including the big supermarkets) – but you can substitute baguettes for sour dough bread.
