Ingredients
1 cup Sweet Potato (cooked and mashed)
1/4 cups Cocoa Powder
1/2 cups Nut Butter
1/4 cups Maple Syrup
Directions
- How to Make Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies:
- Preheat the oven to a low 160 degrees Celcius.
- Cook the sweet potato until soft. Mash it well and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
- Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden.
