Rich, fudgy brownies made with sweet potato for natural sweetness and moisture. Totally vegan, chocolatey, and wholesome — a guilt-free treat that’s soft, chewy, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Potato (cooked and mashed)

  • 1/4 cups Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 cups Nut Butter

  • 1/4 cups Maple Syrup

Directions

  • How to Make Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies:
  • Preheat the oven to a low 160 degrees Celcius.
  • Cook the sweet potato until soft.  Mash it well and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
  • Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden.
