Triple Choc Biscuits
These triple choc biscuits are SO delicious still slightly warm from the oven and WAY better tasting than shop bought ones, I reckon!

Ingredients
140 gram Butter -softened
0.5 cup Caster Sugar
0.5 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
1.5 cups Plain flour
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp Bicarb soda
0.25 cup Dark choc chips
0.25 cup White choc chips
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar then add the egg and vanilla and beat well.
- Add the flour, cocoa, bicarb soda and salt and mix until just combined then stir in the choc chips.
- Drop teaspoon sized balls onto a lined baking tray, leaving at least 5cm between biscuits to allow for spreading.
- Bake at 160 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the tray or until biscuits firm up slightly, then place onto cooling rack.
