Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa sifted

  • 1.5 cups Icing Sugar sifted

  • 1.5 tbsp Milk

Directions

  • In a bowl sift the cocoa and icing sugar.
  • Add the milk one tablespoon at a time and mix to desired consistency.
  • Spread over a cold cake.
