This Low Fat Date Loaf is my beautiful Mum’s recipe. I quite often will have a slab for breakfast in the morning (with loads of butter – I know it’s low fat but I can’t help it!)
I had forgotten how totally mouth watering it is! Give it a try!

Response to “Low Fat Date Loaf”
This is delicious and very quick to make. I used 1/2 cup of dates and 1/2 cup sultanas. Took 35 mins to cook in my oven.
