This is a fantastic basic muffin recipe. I have used it several times now, with different flavours, all with excellent results. Thankyou for sharing! 🙂
Hi, thanks for the great recipe. I was looking for a basic muffin recipe quite a while and at last found it here. Thanks. <3
Can I check with you
1. 1 cup is equal to how many gram?
2. For the canola oil can I substitute with butter?
3. Can I use plain flour instead of self raising flour.
Thanks for advice.
Cheers. 🙂
