Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas-ripe

  • 3 large Eggs

  • .75 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • .75 cup Peanut butter

Directions

  • Add the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, baking powder and vanilla extract into the blender.
  • Blend.
  • Coat a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour content into a greased muffin tin — just until 3/4 full.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until light golden brown.
  • Cool on a wire rack.

Notes

  • 5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Muffins can be frozen for up to two months.
  • You can add chocolate chips or sprinkles for more sugar — your choice! Still heavenly!
