Ingredients
1.33 cups Rolled oats
0.5 cup Caster sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon-ground
0.5 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
0.5 cup Sultanas
1 cup Bananas-mashed
4 tbsp Skim milk
2 Egg whites
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/4 cups Pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together bananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl. Combine and beat all together.
- Lightly grease or line with a 23x33cm slice tin with baking paper and pour the mixture in.
- Scatter pecans over the top and bake for about 35 minutes.
- Cool and cut into bars. You can sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar if desired.
