Ingredients

  • FOR THE CRUST
  • 2 packets number Arnotts Nice biscuits

  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon

  • 12 tbsp Butter-melted

  • FOR THE CHEESECAKE
  • 2 packages Cream cheese-room temperature

  • 2 Eggs

  • 0.5 cup Sour cream

  • 0.5 cup Sugar-plus 2 tablespoons, divided

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 2 Granny smith apples-peeled, cored, and finely chopped

  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon

  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 1 cup Brown sugar-firmly packed

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 0.5 cup Quick cooking oats

  • 0.5 cup Butter-softened

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Line a 9 x 13″ pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Make the crust: In a food processor, pulse Nice biscuits until they are fine crumbs. Transfer in a bowl and stir in cinnamon and melted butter. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 8 minutes and prepare the filling.
  • Using a handheld or stand mixer, beat cream cheese, eggs, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
  • In a small bowl, add apples and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
  • To make the topping, mix all topping ingredients in a medium bowl with a hand mixer.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over hot crust. Sprinkle with apples. Sprinkle evenly with topping.
  • Bake for 40 – 45 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature and then chill for at least 3 hours before cutting.
