These Apricot Balls are easy to make, delicious and a time-honoured Christmas Tradition in my family. But they taste just as good any time of the year. lol

These apricot balls are a lot less naughty and you can enjoy eating with less guilt. They make fabulous lunch box fillers or after-school snacks.

Easy to make in advance, these apricot balls are a great way to stay energised and satisfied wherever, whenever. For years and years, I’ve proven that adults and of course the kids love it! Whip some up and let us know what you think. I’m sure you’ll love it as well.

Chewy, bite-sized energy balls made from dried apricots, nuts, and coconut. Sweet, portable, and perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 500 gram Dried apricots-chopped finely

  • 395 gram Condensed milk

  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut

  • .25 cup Extra Coconut for rolling

Directions

  • In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
  • Using a teaspoon full of mixture, roll a tight ball and then roll in the extra coconut.
  • Place on a plate and refrigerate the apricot balls for a couple of hours.

Notes

  • Apricot Balls are suitable to freeze for up to four weeks.
  • Layer between baking paper sheets and freeze in an airtight container.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
