Eating is the only thing that motivates me to cook. If it wasn’t for all the yummy recipes, I wouldn’t force myself to make something to eat.

Unfortunately, not everything I eat is kind to my fat and bulging thighs. lol. That’s life. When I eat more calories than I burn, then I’m going to have a hard time squeezing inside those jeans. Yep, I know how it works. Duh.

That’s why I made myself a list of recipes that are healthy and of course, delicious!
