3. Kerri Green as Andy

Kerri Green landed the role of Andy in The Goonies after opting to skip summer camp to attend auditions in New York City. She was cast in the role, and made her debut when it was released. After the massive success, Green went on to co-star in Summer Rental (1985) as one of John Candy’s children. Her most accomplished performance came in 1986 with the film Lucas. Following the release of Three For The Road (1987), Green decided to give up acting and go to college. She appears now and then in TV movies and shows, but spends more time behind the scenes writing screenplays and directing films.
