Festive bunny-shaped treats with a boozy twist — sweet, playful, and perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Gelatine powder

  • 6 Chocolate Bunny

  • 1 Baileys Original Irish Cream or Chocolat Liqueur

Directions

  • Using a bread knife, slowly cut the bunnies’ ears off
  • Pour 500ml of Baileys Irish Cream into measuring jug.
  • Dissolve gelatine with a small amount of warm water (just enough water to cover powder).
  • Pour dissolved gelatine into Baileys and stir.
  • Pour mixture into bunnies and pop into fridge until they are set.

Notes

  • Can be done with Easter Eggs if you didn’t want to use Bunnies.
