Ingredients
250 gram Copha
3 cups Rice Bubbles
1 cup Coconut
0.75 cup Icing Sugar-sifted
1 cup Milk -powdered
1 cup Dried Mixed Fruit
Glaze Cherries
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Melt the copha slowly over a low heat, cool slightly and pour onto dry ingredients.
- Mix well and fold through the chopped glazed cherries and spoon into paper cups.
- Refrigerate until set
- White Christmas Crackles are not suitable to freeze.
- They should be kept in an air tight container for up to five days.
