Ingredients

  • 500 gram Jar of gherkins

  • 24 number Slices of salami

  • Toothpicks

Directions

  • Drain jar of gherkins. Place one gherkin in the middle of a slice of salami, wrap and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all gherkins are used.
  • Serve with a cheese platter or on their own.

Notes

  • Gherkin and Salami Rolls are not suitable for freezing, though can be kept in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
