1/3 cups Quinoa boiled in 2/3 cup water and left to cool completely -(visit
18 Medjool Dates (pitted)
1/2 cups Raw Almonds
1/3 cups Crunch Peanut Butter
1/4 cups Raisins or Sultanas
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder for Serving
Directions
- How to Make the Date and Almond Quinoa Bliss Balls
- Pulse the pitted Medjool dates and raw almonds in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add the quinoa mixture and the crunchy peanut butter and pulse until the ingredients are combined.
- Gently stir in the raisins (or sultanas).
- Roll the mixture into 12 balls and chill in fridge for up to an hour.
- Dust the balls with the cocoa powder.
