Ingredients
60 gram chopped Nuts-(you can use walnuts macadamias, cashews or a combination)
135 gram Rolled oats
2 number Egg whites
4 tbsp Honey
90 gram Quinoa-uncooked
30 gram ranberries-dried
0.25 tsp Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine the nuts, rolled oats, quinoa, cranberries and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat the honey and egg whites together. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix together until you have a cookie mix.
- Firmly press the dough together into balls and press down onto the lined baking tray.
- Bake the balls for 20 minutes until lightly golden.
