1 Garlic bread-(we used a turkish bread style)
120 gram Ham-diced
1 punnet Cherry tomatoes
1 cup Spinach leaves
0.5 cup Milk
0.5 cup Cream
10 Eggs
0.75 cup Cheese (grated)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Whisk eggs, cream and milk together and set aside.
- Cut garlic bread up into strips and lay in rows in a medium size baking dish.
- Sprinkle ham, tomatoes and spinach on top garlic bread.
- Pour egg mix over bread and top with grated cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then remove foil cook for a further 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.

- Bazinga Breakfast is suitable for freezing up to 2 months or keep refrigerated for 3 days in an airtight container.
