Ingredients
2 cups Coco puffs-dairy free / gluten free
2 tbsp Cocoa-diary free
.5 cup Coconut (shredded)
.75 cup Icing sugar
100 gram Copha
Directions
- Melt Copha in a medium saucepan on low heat.
- Add all other ingredients and gently stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and spoon mixture into paper patty cases.
- Set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- GF and DF Chocolate and Coconut Crackles will keep in fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
- If you can’t find dairy free coco puffs, use dairy free rice bubbles instead.
- This recipe is also nut free, egg free and gluten free if you use the appropriate coco puffs/rice bubbles and cocoa).
- This recipe makes approximately 12 regular paper pattys or 24 mini paper pattys.
