Natural strawberry face mask for acne and pimples. Easy DIY skincare using fresh strawberries and yo.

How to Make a Strawberry Face Mask for Pimples and Acne

Even though I’m in my 40’s now, the dreaded pimples have still not gone away!!!  With strawberries plentiful at the moment I’ve been trialling this – it does make your face feel tighter and cleaner…. we’ll see in the long term.  It certainly smells good enough to eat!!!

Ingredients for Strawberry Face Mask:

  • 1/4 cup crushed fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Blend the strawberries well so they are totally blitzed.  Add the Greek Yoghurt and the Bicarbonate of Soda and mix until well combined.  Apply the Strawberry Face Mask (not too close to your eyes), then relax for 15- 20 minutes.

Wash off with warm water.  Moisturise well!

You can use this face mask a few times per week.  The natural acid in the strawberries is really great for treating acne, and it is nice and gentle – gentle enough to use on teenagers skin!
