Ingredients
1 cup Walnuts
1 cup Desiccated coconut
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Dates
1 Carrot, grated
2 tsp Maple syrup
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until it has a stick consistency.
- Roll the mix into balls and place onto a lined tray. Put them into the fridge to set.
