  • .5 number cup Greek yoghurt (low fat)

  • .5 number cup Ice

  • 1 number small frozen Banana

  • .5 number cup Almond Milk

  • .5 number cup Frozen strawberries

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
