Garlic and Parsley Butter
0.5 cup Butter
1 tbsp garlic-minced
1 tbsp parsley-finely chopped
Steak Seasoning and Chives Butter
0.5 cup Butter
1 tbsp Steak seasoning
1 tbsp chives-finely chopped
Tarragon and Lemon Butter
0.5 cup Butter
1 tbsp Tarragon
1 tsp Lemon juice
Directions
- For all the recipes let the butter soften and then combine the ingredients.
- Place on plastic wrap and roll into a log shape.
- Place in fridge to set, then it is ready for use

- Serve with steak, french loaf just about anything you put butter on
