Ingredients

  • 400 gram Scallop

  • 20 gram Butter

  • 1 Garlic clove

  • .5 Lemon

  • 1 dash salt and pepper-to taste

  • 1 Parsley-to taste

Directions

  • Prepare the De’longhi Multicuisine and insert the paddle.
  • Make sure you have rinsed the scallops. After rinsing, pat dry using a kitchen paper.
  • Put the butter and chopped garlic in the bowl, close the lid, set the PAN program, set power level 4, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes or when the butter has melted, put in the scallops, the salt and the pepper and then cook in for 7-8 minutes.
  • After that, add in the lemon juice, some parsley and you’re done!
  • Serve immediately.
