Garlic Butter Scallops

Ingredients
400 gram Scallop
20 gram Butter
1 Garlic clove
.5 Lemon
1 dash salt and pepper-to taste
1 Parsley-to taste
Directions
- Prepare the De’longhi Multicuisine and insert the paddle.
- Make sure you have rinsed the scallops. After rinsing, pat dry using a kitchen paper.
- Put the butter and chopped garlic in the bowl, close the lid, set the PAN program, set power level 4, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
- After 2 to 3 minutes or when the butter has melted, put in the scallops, the salt and the pepper and then cook in for 7-8 minutes.
- After that, add in the lemon juice, some parsley and you’re done!
- Serve immediately.
