Ingredients
5 tsp Baking powder
2 cups Greek yoghurt
1 cup Olive oil
2 tsp Salt
1.5 tsp Sugar
5.5 cups Plain white flour
1 Egg yolk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees, line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix yoghurt, olive oil, salt, and sugar.
- Slowly add the flour to your wet mixture. Mix using your hands or with a stand mixture. Depending on your mix, you might need as little as 5 cups of flour, or more than 5 3/4 cups. Mix until you have a non-sticky dough.
- Shape the dough you have made into balls and place them on the baking paper.
- Beat the egg yolk well and then brush on top of the dough rolls.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until gold.
