Ingredients
0.66 cup Natural rolled oats
4 tbsp Low fat natural yoghurt
0.5 cup Non-sweetened apple juice
1 tbsp Dried fruit-of your choice. I like to use apricots or sultanas
2 apples -grated, corned but not peeled
4 tsp Linseed Soy and Almond-or LSA
Directions
- In a bowl combine the rolled oats, yoghurt, apple juice and dried fruit.
- Mix well so all the ingredients are ‘wet’.
- Cover and keep in the fridge overnight.
- Before serving in the morning, stir through the grated apple and sprinkle the LSA on top.
