Ingredients

  • 2 cups Caster sugar

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 0.5 cup Walnuts

  • 0.5 cup flour (Potato)

  • 0.5 cup Cocoa

  • 1 cup Oil (Rice Bran)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Line a lamington tin with grease proof paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Stir well.
  • Pour into the lamington pan and bake for 1/2 hour or until a skewer comes out clean.
  • Cool in the tin and serve with a big dollop of cream or ice cream.

Notes

  • Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies are suitable for freezing.  Allow to cool before wrapping in baking paper and sealing in an air tight container for up to two months.
