Ingredients
27 gram sachet McCormick Sweet Cajun Chicken recipe base
700 gram Chicken tenderloins
1 red capsicum* -sliced
2 tbsp Olive oil
6 large Tortilla wraps
6 tbsp Mayonnaise -(1 tbsp for each wrap)
1 Avocado-sliced
Mixed salad leaves
Directions
- Mix together McCormick Sweet Cajun Chicken recipe base, chicken, capsicum and one tablespoon of oil in a large freezer bag, mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Lay out the 6 tortilla wraps and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and divide the avocado for each wrap.
- Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan.
- Brown chicken mixture (approx. 5 minutes each side) and pan fry capsicum.
- Divide and place the cooked chicken and capsicum onto each wrap and top with salad leaves.
- Roll up the wraps, slice diagonally in half and serve.
