Ingredients

  • 27 gram sachet McCormick Sweet Cajun Chicken recipe base

  • 700 gram Chicken tenderloins

  • 1 red capsicum* -sliced

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 6 large Tortilla wraps

  • 6 tbsp Mayonnaise -(1 tbsp for each wrap)

  • 1 Avocado-sliced

  • Mixed salad leaves

Directions

  • Mix together McCormick Sweet Cajun Chicken recipe base, chicken, capsicum and one tablespoon of oil in a large freezer bag, mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Lay out the 6 tortilla wraps and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and divide the avocado for each wrap.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan.
  • Brown chicken mixture (approx. 5 minutes each side) and pan fry capsicum.
  • Divide and place the cooked chicken and capsicum onto each wrap and top with salad leaves.
  • Roll up the wraps, slice diagonally in half and serve.
