Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Sweet chilli sauce

  • 0.25 cup Coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce-(or soy sauce for vegetarian)

  • 2 tbsp Lime juice-~1 lime

  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter

  • 2 Cloves garlic-grated

  • 2 tsp Ginger-grated

Directions

  • Simmer everything in a sauce pan over medium heat until the peanut butter has melted in and let cool.

Notes

  • Thai Sweet Chili Dressing can be frozen up to one month.
