Broccoli Cashew Salad is crunchy, fresh, and flavorful, featuring crisp broccoli, toasted cashews, and a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 500 gram Bacon (diced)

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar

  • 0.5 cup White sugar

  • 900 gram Fresh broccoli-cut into florets

  • 1 cup Roasted cashews

  • 0.25 gram Red onion-finely chopped

Directions

  • Cook the bacon in a pan. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and sugar.
  • Whisk together until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the broccoli, bacon, and cashews together.
  • Mix together until the salad is coated well in the mayonnaise mixture. Chill for 2 hours and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
