How to Make Low Fat Turkey Burgers?

You can also purchase turkey mince and use it in place of any chicken mince recipe – just to cut down on your fat intake.

Turkey sometimes has a bad name for being ‘dry’ when cooked – but not turkey mince. In fact I can never tell the difference when my hubby makes these for me – and unless I see the packet – I never know if it is chicken or turkey!

Low Fat Turkey Burgers are a delicious and healthy ‘cheat’ if you are trying to be good – just cut out the cheese and sauce, stack up on the salad and use a low-carb bun – and you have a healthy takeaway meal at home.

Best of all – you can make the Low Fat Turket Burger patties in advance and freeze them – they defrost very easily and can be just heated up in the microwave for a quick snack whenever you feel like it!
