Ingredients

  • Chocolate

  • Hundreds and Thousands

Directions

  • Line a baking tray with some baking paper and lie some egg rings or shaped cookie cutters flat on the paper.
  • Give them a good spray with canola oil (not too much).
  • In a microwave proof jug, very gently melt the chocolate.
  • Using a spoon, thinly spread the chocolate into the bottom of the moulds.
  • Use the spoon to move the chocolate evenly in the mould
  • Sprinkle with the hundreds and thousands and give 20 minutes or so for the chocolate to set.
  • Gently push the chocolate out of the moulds.
  • Wrap in cellophane and a ribbon for a delicious and inexpensive present!

  • Giant Freckles are not suitable to freeze.
