Directions
- Line a baking tray with some baking paper and lie some egg rings or shaped cookie cutters flat on the paper.
- Give them a good spray with canola oil (not too much).
- In a microwave proof jug, very gently melt the chocolate.
- Using a spoon, thinly spread the chocolate into the bottom of the moulds.
- Use the spoon to move the chocolate evenly in the mould
- Sprinkle with the hundreds and thousands and give 20 minutes or so for the chocolate to set.
- Gently push the chocolate out of the moulds.
- Wrap in cellophane and a ribbon for a delicious and inexpensive present!
