Menstrual Cups:

If you haven’t heard of Menstrual Cups before, they are a convenient and long-last option that work similar to a tampon.  The cups come in two sizes (small for women who haven’t had children, and large for women who have given birth) – the cups are inserted into the vagina and easily fit over the cervix.  They can be left in the vagina for 12 hours at a time and can be easily ‘changed’ (ie removed, discard blood and re-inserted) twice a day during your daily shower.

Women who use them swear by them.  They can last up to 10 years if looked after well.
