Vanilla Icing

This Vanilla Icing is a favourite baking staple of ours here at SAHM.

I am forever making cakes for birthdays and other holidays so this has been a handy recipe to follow! Aside from  cakes, I also put this on lots of others like muffins, cupcakes, slices, rolls and more!

Smooth and sweet vanilla icing, perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and other baked treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Butter

  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla

  • 2 tbsp Milk

  • 2 cups Icing Sugar-sifted

Directions

  • Beat together the butter and icing sugar.
  • Add the vanilla and gradually add the milk until you reach the required spreading consistency.
