Ingredients
2 Garlic-crushed
2 large Carrots-Chopped
1000 Chicken breast
1000 ml Chicken stock
1 cup Pumpkin-Chopped
1 medium Onion-Chopped
1 medium Sweet potato-Chopped
2 cups Bok Choy-chopped
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Cracked pepper
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions
- Add all ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.
- If you want it thicker you can remove lid and cook on high for a another hour.
