Cauliflower Cheese Soup

Delicious cauliflower cheese soup served in a blue bowl with a sprig of parsley garnish.

This is a fairly simple dish to make, and it is very filling. Serve with some yummy warm garlic bread and you are ready to eat!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cauliflower

  • 3 cups Vegetable stock

  • 425 gram Can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup tasty cheese (grated)

  • 1 tsp Garlic salt

Directions

  • Bring stock to the boil and add diced cauliflower.
  • Boil for a further 5 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and reduce to simmer for 30-40 minutes.
  • Serve with a sprig of parsley in each bowl.

  • Cauliflower Cheese Soup is suitable for freezing for up to 3 months. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
