Ingredients
1 Large Cauliflower
3 cups Vegetable stock
425 gram Can cream of chicken soup
1 cup tasty cheese (grated)
1 tsp Garlic salt
Directions
- Bring stock to the boil and add diced cauliflower.
- Boil for a further 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and reduce to simmer for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve with a sprig of parsley in each bowl.

- Cauliflower Cheese Soup is suitable for freezing for up to 3 months. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
